When you travel on the plane, make sure that you take this pillow with you, because this is where the muscles tighten up and will make the issue worse, so this is something to keep in mind.

More and more people are starting to turn to this method because the healing process is rapid and painless. There is not much that you have to do. Some people are put off by the needles, but you will find that they are so thin that it is really painless.
