Baking soda with water. One of the simplest home remedies available for skin itchiness is baking soda, a very common cooking ingredient. Oatmeal with water. Combining oatmeal with a few drops of water is another solution for itchiness that's trouble free to make. You can produce better paste if you first grind oatmeal using a spice of coffee grinder. If large areas of the body feel itchy, you may simply dissolve ground oatmeal in a tub of cool water.

Aloe vera mixed with clay. Skin itchiness should not be a big deal if there's aloe vera planted in your garden. For relief, you may combine one tablespoon of aloe vera gel with one tablespoon of clay. Mix very well and apply on problem areas. Feel free to use aloe vera gel that's sold in a tube, although you have to make sure that it is pure and devoid of unwanted ingredients.

If you have a bottle of it, you may add a couple of drops of it to your preferred carrier oil. Mix and then apply on itchy areas with the help of a cotton swab. Wash it off with water after about 30 minutes.

Warm organic honey. Aside from making just about anything sweet, honey is also very good at dealing with itchiness no matter the reason behind it. Having a small jar of organic honey in the kitchen means you have easy access to an effective anti itch product. It is said that honey works so much better if it's warm. Before applying, heat up a little of it in the microwave for a few seconds only. Check that it's not blistering hot in order to avoid getting burned.
