How To Properly Use Essential Oil Nasal Inhalers

When exhaling, count another 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. You may repeat the procedure 2 up to 3 times in each nostril. This can be applied every 2 up to 3 hours if needed.

The purpose of the counting is letting the body absorb those essential oils. And also, letting the molecules in the essential oil be absorbed by blood streams. By this, the absorption is delivered throughout the body parts, even to the brain.

Peppermint is a variation of essential oils. This helps in the quick reduction of inflammation and swelling. This is very effective when you have a nasal congestion. To apply this, your inhaler must be filled with this essential oil type.

Other types of oils that are popularly used for inhalers are lavender, lemongrass, patchouli, tea tree, grapefruit, and eucalyptus. The oil to be used will depend on your purpose. Each type may treat different types of diseases or inflammation. So make sure to pay attention to the methods of application.
