Various Forms Of Natural Treatment For Acne

For those suffering from acne, there will be lots of relief offered by alternative therapies. Acne is a skin condition that is common among teenagers. However, adults can also suffer from it. This remedy is one of the most effective in acne treatment.

The tea tree oil is also an effective remedy. The oil is important and is applied on affected areas through the skin. The application should however be done after diluting it. The oil has an active agent which destroys bacteria which causes acne. Other than tea tree oil, one may use fresh and raw garlic which gets rubbed on the affected area. It is rubbed on the affected areas severally each day. The other option would be to take garlic seeds every day for one month.

Citrus fruits also come in handy in eradicating pimples. Paste is made from the peels of the fruits, which is then applied on the pimples before being washed off after 15 minutes. With application on a regular basis, the pimples disappear. Other than the paste from the peels, one can also apply lemon juice on affected areas. Other than citrus fruits, herbs like coriander and mint can be used too.

The paste from herbs ensures acne disappears. With fenugreek, the paste is applied on the face and left overnight before being washed in the morning. For even better results, you should use a mixture of mint juice, coriander juice and turmeric powder.

One of the ways to ensure acne goes away is to avoid the temptation to squeeze them. The squeezing only serves to increase production of sebum. Membranes below the skin will also be ruptured. This might lead to an infection and spread sebum underneath the skin. This will lead to more pimples.

Applying honey mask to pimples is of great help. The honey needs to be applied twice weekly. It has antibacterial properties that ensures the pimples are disinfected and healed. People with sensitive skin will benefit greatly.
